Join coaching/training sessions with freediving schools from any freediving agency. Dive in deep pools. Participate in the Lap/Wave 2 - Advanced Freediving course.

A professional and competitive freediver representing Australia at the 2024 World Champions.
I see freediving as one of the safest and most accessible extremes sports. It’s a great way to connect with yourself through applied mindfulness and explore the world underwater.
Previously an awarded Forbes 30 / 30 social tech entrepreneur using VR for empathy experiences, I discovered the beauty of freediving and pivoted my whole life to focus on this beautiful sport.
