Your body adapts to the water during a dive, and how to lean into it. To extend your breath hold underwater for over a minute (*Everyone with healthy lungs can do 1:30+ once you know how) To cover more distance in a single breath underwater To apply Mindfulness in Freediving Brennan represented Australian on the National Freediving Team in the 2024 World Championships, and has been actively competing and teaching all over the world, including Kenya, Indonesia, Phillipines, Greece, Germany and more.
* This course can also be extended into a full level 1 freediving course, by adding an additional day.
